Set in the Cascade Mountains of Gold Bar, Washington, Skyland Ranch is more than a horse ranch. It is a nonprofit, faith-rooted recovery center where men battling drug and alcohol addiction find structure, community, and a path toward long-term sobriety.

Through equine therapy, daily work on the ranch, and a Christ-centered community, Skyland Ranch has helped hundreds of men over the past 38 years rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. Residents live and work on a functioning horse ranch, care for animals, ride trails along the Skykomish River, and participate in support groups that reinforce accountability and hope.

Our team at Korvinus Productions created this short documentary to help Skyland Ranch share its story with donors, churches, and families who are searching for a different kind of recovery experience. Filmed on location, it offers a quiet look at the daily moments where healing often begins: a hand on a horse’s neck, a shared meal after work, a conversation on the trail.
